Erik McFrazier

With over 25 years in the IT industry, I started my journey from a digital audio background, transitioning into IT, and eventually launching Pacific IT Support. After moving to Hawaii and working in IT for the hospitality industry, I shifted from corporate life to entrepreneurship, growing our business from computer repair into a managed IT services provider. My passion lies not just in technology but in building strong teams and helping clients succeed. Outside of work, I’m all about family, community, and staying active through hiking, surfing, and volunteering.

Joselyn Castillo

Hi I’m Joselyn Castillo, the Marketing and Sales Admin. I’m responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing strategies, sales operations and socials! Working with customer engagement and how we introduce ourselves to the public brings me lots of joy and makes me feel important. Outside of work, I love watching movies, playing video games, and baking sweets.

In my spare time, I love reading, swimming, and spending time with my family.

When I am not at work, chances are I am taking care of my plants, cooking or hanging out with my family.

Hi, I’m Rick Doane, Helpdesk Engineer here are Pacific IT Support! I solve problems, fix issues, and perform routine maintenance on our clients’ network infrastructure. When I’m not working with computer systems, I spend even more time with computers playing games or learning programming, as well as hanging out with my family, our four cats, and our bunny.

Aloha, my name is Jedediah, but I often go by Jedi (I believe it is more of a way of life than a nickname). I graduated from the University of Hawaii, Maui College with a degree in electronics engineering as well as a BAS degree in Business and Information Technology.  Post graduation, I worked as a contractor for NASA and as a helpdesk and QA Engineer here at Pacific IT Support.  When I am not working, I love to make oil paintings and build robots.
